2 tips, n only 2 will do. pray 2 God n ask 4 His help, n its a miracle the next day. find something 2 read or do when u feel like smoking. u smoke when u have nothing 2 do. i already quit 1 year n 7 months. right on the spot. not even reducing bit by bit. n i was smoking more than 1 1/2 packs per day n d day before i quit smoking.
